Condolence: Dear Kathy and "children:"

I was very sorry to read of the passing of Father John. I am glad he rose to the rank of Monsignor. He was always a comfort to your family. I was also sad to read of Dr. Jim's passing. I continue to think of you often and still miss you as neighbors even after so many years. I am still in Merion. May God grant you peace and comfort at this difficult time. With love, Ellen Nassberg

Condolence: For six years I had the privilege to serve as Principal at St. Rose of Lima under the patient direction of Msgr. Boland. Not only was he a wonderful 'boss' from whom I learned so much, he became a very dear friend. He was smart, humble and more. I found him to be abundantly patient and gentle in his guidance of me. Through all the years since those days at St. Rose, I was always touched by the sincere interest he maintained in me and my family. Please know that I will miss this wonderful man and be forever grateful for my friendship with him. God bless his soul!
