CYNTHIA L. THOMAS (nee Garstka), age 61, of Winnabow, NC, formerly of Philadelphia, passed away suddenly on June 19, 2016. Devoted wife of Steven M. Thomas. Cherished daughter of Laura Garstka (nee Organisciak) and the late Richard Garstka. Loving mother of Michael Sirott and his wife, Stacy. Beloved grandmother of Hannah and Luke. Dear sister of Anna Marie Curry, Richard Garstka, Joseph Garstka, Thomas Garstka, Barbara Wright, Theresa Keenan, Bernadette Galasso and the late Stephen Garstka. Services and interment are private at the request of the family.
