DENNIS F. GLYNN, age 68, Head Football Coach for Somerton Youth Spartans for over 30 years, passed away on July 31, 2016. Devoted husband of Janette (nee Mahoney). Loving father of Dennis J. Glynn and his wife, Karen; and Colleen Glynn and her husband, Geremiah Giampa. Beloved grandfather of Delaney Glynn. Dear brother of James Glynn and the late William Glynn, Rev. Patrick Glynn, Michael Glynn and John (Jack) Glynn. Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation Friday evening, 6:00pm to 8:00pm at L. A. DiGIACOMO, INC. FUNERAL HOME, 1055 Southampton Road, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, followed by Words of Remembrance Service 8:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Somerton Youth Organization Football Program, 1400 Southampton Rd., Phila. PA 19116.
