Obituary for Laura M. Chapla
LAURA M. CHAPLA (nee Miller), age 86 of Pottstown, formerly of Tiffin, Ohio, passed away peacefully on October 22, 2016 at Pottstown Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Chapla was the former Director of Nursing for Norristown State Hospital and member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 2858 since 1945. Devoted wife of the late Leo S. Chapla. Loving sister of the late Henry W. Miller. Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation Monday, October 31, 2016, from 10:00am until 11:00am at L. A. DiGIACOMO, INC. FUNERAL HOME, 1055 Southampton Road, Philadelphia, immediately followed by religious services 11:00 am at the funeral home. Mrs. Chapla's interment will take place in South Bend (Bethel) Cemetery, Tiffin, Ohio. (www.DiGiacomoFuneralHome.com)
