EDWARD A. WINTERS, age 76, Retired Philadelphia Police Officer, passed away suddenly on January 24, 2017. Devoted husband of the late MaryAnn Winters. Loving brother-in-law of Virginia Parcella and the late Joseph Parcella and his wife Mary. Beloved uncle of Gregory Parcella and his wife Kimberly, Jennifer Smith and her husband Geoff, and Dominique Parcella and her wife Adrianne Munkacsy. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Monday, January 30th, 2017 from 10:00am until 11:00am at Louis A. DiGiacomo Funeral Home, Inc., 1055 Southampton Road, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, immediately followed by services 11:00am at the funeral home. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem, Pennsylvania.
