RITA M. BOCCELLA (nee Bambino), age 88, passed away peacefully at Holy Redeemer Hospice on January 26, 2017. Devoted wife of the late Anthony Boccella. Loving mother of Linda Myers, Beverly Weiss and her husband, Glenn. Beloved grandmother to Christopher, Jenelle, Melissa and Cynthia. Dear great grandmother to Michael, Alexa, Joey, Alanna, Dana, Austen, Stephan, Felicia and John. Dear great great grandmother to Daniel. Beloved sister to the late Phil, Albert, Freddie, Honey, Lucy and Mary. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing in church Wednesday, February 1, 2017, from 9:30am until 10:30am at St. Anselm Church, 12669 Dunks Ferry Road, Philadelphia, followed by her funeral mass 10:30am. Her burial will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham, Pennsylvania. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Philadelphia Corporation for the Aging, ATTN: Fiscal Department, 642 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19130 – www.pcacares.org.
