Condolence: Our deepest sympathy goes out to Bill's family. We have lived next door to Bill for 8 years, He was the sweetest most thoughtful man we ever knew. He was always there asking if we needed any help and was always cheerful. We had just stood outside and talked with Bill on Monday, so to hear of his passing was shocking. God Bless Bill and his loving Family.

Condolence: It is hard to imagine our extended family without our wise and witty patriarch. From the time I was a little girl, I looked forward to Uncle Bill's visits. I knew they would be filled with provocative conversation, good-hearted fun, and great big bear hugs. I always enjoyed hearing the updates on his impressively diverse and incredibly interesting children and grandchildren. His family meant so much to him. Please know up here in Buffalo we share in the profound loss of this unforgettable man we were so blessed to have in our family. Love to all...

Condolence: Susie and the entire Jendrowski family, I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Bill's passing. I was at opening night last Friday. He came right up to my table after the show and gave me a huge hug. He also wanted to meet my husband who Bill referred to as "the luckiest man he knew". On Tuesday I went to an after school meeting and there was some candy on the table. I picked out all the carmels and though of Bill as he would hand them out at rehearsals. Then to get the phone call the very next day from Kathy Cox about Bill's death was just too much. I have learned to respect all people through Bill and he will be sorely missed. Good luck to all my SSP friends tonight, as I am sure it will be a difficult time. I have a concert on Wednesday with my 5/6 chorus at 2:30. "The Show Must Go On" as they say, so I will think of Bill and will try to get to the funeral late and sneak in the back. Love to all and know I am thinking of my SSP friends, especially Susie and Serge. Chris (Remiker) Volpe

Condolence: To the whole of the Jendrowski extended family. My most sincere condolences go out to you in what I understand is a tremendously difficult time. I'm certain that my sense of loss pales in comparison to how you may feel. Your father was one of the most genuine people I believe i've ever had the opportunity to meet and know. Beyond the caramels and his virtually bottomless pit of jokes, puns, and witticisms I never recall a time that he wasn't extending the hand of genuine friendship to new and old faces alike. He gave me a wonderful hug earlier the day of his passing, and demonstrated his sincerity and caring in such wonderful ways. Such an unassuming man leaves an indelible mark in his passing. It's hard to label him as quiet, but it's not at all difficult to say that though he wasn't shouting from the rooftops, he was a strong and moving voice for treating people with respect, dignity, caring and love regardless of their station. I hope to celebrate his life by trying to carry on in his tradition.

Condolence: Dear Susie, Sergio, Jendrowski family, and friends - I was so saddened when I heard about Bill's fate late Tuesday night at 11 pm - as I was coming home from caring for my mother. Just that day, I walked into Tom's mothers funeral mass with Bill, and as usual, we said hello, shook hands, smiled to each other, and we exchanged a few words of friendship and support. I met Bill through State Street Players and Bill epitomized what we are all about - he was in it for the right reasons, he accepted his roles with joy, and he was always there to help and provide his support in so many quiet unassuming ways. Just last week he said to me that "Chuck, I don't know how much longer the body can keep up with being in the show, but my mind sure wants to". and he laughed... I just reassured him to lets just take it year by year and enjoy the hec out of this year... Yes, me too - Bill taught me how to wet mop the gym floor - like so many I hear! He heard I was not in the Navy, and he instantly could tell by the way I was mopping the gym floor, so he said "give me that mop!" and he showed me his figure eight method, then handed me the mop and watched me get to it and finally doing it "right" :-). When I think of Bill, I think what a nice and sweet sweet man, a friendly man, a good man, and he was someone that we could depend on to always to be there with us. I will miss Bill, his smile, and his never miss welcome... May God bless Bill and keep him forever in his eternal peace and ever lasting love. I also wish my good friends Susie and Serge, and family and friends, God's love and eventual peace of mind and happiness when thinking of Bill. As my father used to say to me, "time heals all wounds - and - keep the faith". Bill will be in my prayers. God bless you Bill and thank you for a nice friendship and memories. With love and prayers, Chuck
