Uncle Charlie you are the best. You were always at peace with yourself and never seemed to have a bad word for anyone. You were honest, hard working , and smart. I didn’t visit you as much as I should have, but I had you in my thoughts a lot. I always remember how you sometimes have that “Voegtle whisper” (LOL). I guess really good people seem to talk in a very quiet manner. I always remember the good interesting conversations we had on many topics. I’ll miss you. Rest in Peace.
