Hey Guys, Just like everyone else, I was shocked and saddened when I heard about your Dad. He will be greatly missed by everyone! He was "one of a kind" and will always be remembered by me for his great smile and his jokes, especially the "toothbrush" joke! I think that in order to see if you would fit into our family we would always have your Dad tell anyone new the "toothbrush" joke. If you could sit and listen to that joke you would pass....lol The voice and expressions that he did with that joke was hilarious (I can close my eyes and still hear and see him tell that joke.) Then of course once you got him going on jokes he would go until he could not remember anymore, then it would be quiet for a few minutes until he remembered another one! I loved it when your Dad would come to visit at my parents and listen to stories he would tell. As we get older we realize how important those stories were, whether they were about our family history or life in general. I knew if there was ever a question on family history you could ask Uncle Bill. He was a very smart man! Of course when he would come here he would also talk about his kids and grandchildren. He would put on that smile, bring out the pictures, and start telling stories about the pictures he was showing. He loved, cheerished, and was proud all of you! I am so sorry I won't be able to attend his funeral but my thoughts and prayers are with you all. I will always cheerish my memories of him and he will always be with me. Love you guys! Julie
